Test Steps Do’s: Maintain consistent testing time of day and normal conditions (e.g.: temperature, water intake/hydration, stretch, using restroom before test). Also maintain proper testing posture by making full contact with electrodes of device.
Test Steps Don’ts: Do not excessively exercise, eat, or drink alcohol/caffeine 24 hours prior to testing. Also do not test with lotion, jewelry, accessories, or outerwear while testing (e.g.: socks, pantyhose, heavy clothing).
