Take out your favorite insole and measure its length and width, then find the correct size from the above.
Different shoe brands adopt different shoes last in making shoes. Therefore, no standardized shoe sizing system exists. Different brands of shoes with the same marked size may vary significantly. So please follow the following Sizing Instruction when cutting your Happystep insoles.

Remove the original/manufacture insoles from your shoesPlace the new insoles with the original insoles back to backAlign the two insoles by lining up the back of the heelUse a marker pen to draw a cutting line by tracing along the toe section of the original insoleCut the Happystep insoles along the cutting lineInsert the new insoles into shoes. If the new insoles are still a little bit big, please make a small adjusting cut on the toe section again until it fits perfectly in your shoes.
