SOFT Roller

The Soft-density roller is our thickest and most pliable roller. Its ability to softly contour to your body creates a gentle massage experience for sore or sensitive areas. Or use it as cushioning (such as your shin area) when paired with one of the firm rollers on the other side.

RIBBED (Firm) Roller

The Ribbed firm-density roller has a unique design that mimics techniques of a massage therapist. The deep ridge provides the ability to dig deep into targeted areas for trigger point release. The medium and narrow ridges are beneficial for deep tissue work to stretch and loosen stiff muscles, and is particularly good for tight IT bands.

BUMPY (Firm) Roller

The Bumpy firm-density roller has rows of finger-size bumps that mimic a session with a massage therapist. It can dig deep for intense pressure-point relief, myofascial release, and a stimulating deep tissue massage. Breaks down tightness and knots and erodes trigger points.
