Why does the blender show an E2 error?

The E2 error typically appears when:

The lid is not properly locked or aligned.

The blender is used empty or overloaded.

Water enters the motor or handle area, triggering the safety mechanism.

Solution:

Ensure the lid is tightly closed and aligned. Add ingredients and water (around 1000ml). Avoid using the blender dry. If the problem persists, unplug the unit and allow it to cool for 30 minutes before restarting.

The blender is overheating or shuts down suddenly—what should I do?

Our blender includes an overheat protection feature. It may shut down if:

Used continuously for extended time.

Ingredients are too thick or hard (e.g., frozen carrots, dry nuts).

Solution:

Let the blender cool for 30–40 minutes before restarting. Avoid hard foods and ensure ingredients are properly cut and diluted.

Why is the lid leaking during auto clean or blending?

This may happen if:

The sealing ring under the lid is not properly in place.

The water level exceeds the maximum mark (1000ml for auto clean).

Solution:

Check and press the rubber gasket firmly into the lid groove. Keep water level below the max line.

Auto-clean function doesn’t start or stops working.

Auto clean will not start if:

The blender detects improper assembly.

Water level is too low or too high.

The lid or jar is not fully secured.

Solution:

Ensure the jar is tightly mounted, the lid is sealed, and the water is around 800–1000ml.

Why can’t it crush ice or blend smoothies properly?

Hard ice or large chunks may exceed the blade’s capability if not combined with liquid.

Tips:

Add ice with water, milk, or fruit juice.

Use the “Smoothie” mode and let the full cycle run.

Avoid overfilling or adding rock-hard ingredients alone.

The blender trips my circuit breaker—why?

This could be due to:

Water ingress into the base unit.

A faulty power outlet or high local voltage.

Short-circuit from damaged glass jar contact.

Solution:

Do not submerge the handle or motor base in water.

Can the blender be washed in the dishwasher?

No.*The blender jar and motor base are not dishwasher safe, as they contain electrical components and magnetic contacts.Please clean using:

A soft sponge and mild detergent.

Auto-clean function (recommended).

A cloth for the exterior and base.
