1: Check whether the product is connected to other Bluetooth devices.

2: Check whether the product is in the Bluetooth waiting connection state.

3: When pairing, please keep the paired device within close range of the product.

1.Turn on Bluetooth search and connect to C28N.

2.Tap the Blue Circle with the i in the center of the Blue Circle.

3. In Device Type: Select Speaker or Car Stereo.

4. Disconnect and reconnect C28N.

Problem: Unable to connect the device automatically.

1. The product needs to manually connect to Bluetooth when the first time you use it. It automatically goes back to the last paired Bluetooth device when next time.

2. Bluetooth device is on and in a relatively close range.

Problem: The speaker cannot make voice calls.
